Healthy Food Staples – Cauliflower Rice Risotto Recipe

This is very simple, you start out by putting the cauliflower in a blender or food processor for about 45 seconds until it’s all chopped up evenly. Add the Onions, garlic, mushrooms, cauliflower, broth in the recipe as shown in the video.

Healthy Risotto,

1 Head Riced cauliflower
2 Cups Chopped Mushrooms or
1 Cup Chopped Asparagus
1 Cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth
Β½ Cup Chopped Onions
1 Clove Chopped Garlic
2 TB Organic Butter
Β½ Teaspoon Pink Salt
ΒΌ Teaspoon Ground Pepper
Β½ Cup Red Wine (optional)
Raw Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella, or Nutritional Yeast (optional)
